After the death of his mother Tommy (Joshua Krause) dulls the pain by spending time with the new next door neighbor the tempting party girl Kate (Courtney Thomas) who helps him forget the past. Meanwhile Sherry (Kristina Hughes) is here to support and cheer up her cousin but finds herself befriended by Kate. Sherry would love to be cool and hip and so she welcomes Kate’s invite.
